How to Request a Store Credit Refund

• The item must arrive in original condition, with no additional defects beyond what was initially reported.
4. Processing Your Store Credit Refund
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
• The store credit will be sent via email as a digital gift card within 5-7 business days after approval.
• You can use this store credit toward any future purchase on [your website].

Processing & Shipping Timeline
Each custom item is made with care and goes through a detailed production process before being shipped. Please allow the following time frames for your order:
Order Processing: Since our pieces are custom-made with attention to detail, processing takes up to 1 weeks before your order is ready to ship.
Once complete, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Total Delivery: Your order will arrive within 2 weeks from purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Starving Billionaire cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
